A new year means new opportunities, new experiences and of course new podcasts!
Kicking off the year in style was Laura Fox and Bláthnaid Treacy with their new podcast, The Handover.
They chat about everything, no holds barred and we love them for it.
VIP Magazine caught up with Laura before she takes to the Dancing with the Stars stage to chat about the pod and figure out where she has time for it!
“You always make time! You’ll find an hour here and there!” she laughs.
“The pod is something that I’ve wanted to do for a long time and I thought ‘Why not now when I have so much to talk about?’ There’s going to be so much happening week on week. We’re not doing it in a studio, we’re recording it in Bláthnaid’s house. She lives next door to me and I have it scheduled into my training plan every week.
“I go to her house once a week for an hour and a half, then I leave and go into rehearsals for another five hours! For me, radio and podcasting that medium is my release. I really enjoy it, it’s not stressful.”
