The Boylife singer is remembering his late friend on his birthday sharing a sweet picture to Instagram.
In the post Keith Duffy smiles alongside his wife Lisa and the late Stephen Gately, he captioned the picture, “Happy birthday Steo, Have a drink with me Da. Happy Paddy’s Day.”
The singer tragically passed away very suddenly in Spain in 2009, and today would have been his 46th birthday. His untimely passing affected the entire nation, with thousands taking to the streets to pay their respects to the singer.
Keith also mentioned his father in the post, who sadly passed away earlier this year.
Sharing his feelings at the time the singer thanked his followers for the support he received during the tough time, ““Good evening, to you all who have absolutely blown me away with your love and support in the last couple of weeks through a time when I honestly thought I was losing my mind,” he wrote.
