Katherine Lynch has revealed that she is officially off the market. The former Dancing With The Stars contestant has a new man in her life, but she is remaining tight-lipped on the details of her romance.
The comedian was axed from the dancing competition two weeks ago, and reportedly lost a staggering two stone because of the tough dance routines.
Speaking to the Herald Katherine said, “I am with someone. I’m with a big, tall, handsome fella. It’s still early days so I don’t want to say too much.”
The Leitrim native also spoke about her unlikely friendship with fellow DWTS contestant Thalia Heffernan. The pair have become close since participating on the show together.
However, all of the celebs have formed close friendships, and Katherine felt sorry for sports presenter Des Cahill when he was voted off last Sunday.
“We’re the most unlikely friends, but we’re great buddies. She’s 21 years of age, but she’s got an old head on young shoulders.
“I felt for Des going out, but I think he was okay about it. He knew he had his run of it and none of us, especially myself and Des, expected to be there until week 9 or 10,” she said.
