Jess Redden is opening up about her pregnancy, revealing what sex she believes her baby is.
Confiding with fans during an Instagram Question and Answer segment, the expectant mama was asked if she and husband Rob Kearney knew the baby’s sex already.
With the pharmacist revealing: “We don’t know so it will be a surprise! But that’s a kicking foot if ever I’ve seen one.”
Sharing her prediction, Jess wrote: “I’ve been convinced its a boy and keep calling it ‘he.'”
Well, we will just have to wait and see if she’s right!
Jess also opened up about her experience with anxiety during her pregnancy.
Confessing she’s been worrying “far more” than she should, but is trying to “stay positive and trust the process.”
Sharing how she has been overcoming this anxiety, the influencer explained: “For me I have to actively spend time each day to acknowledge and address my thoughts and sometimes I realise that that is all they are – thoughts that aren’t true!”
“But other times I do get nervous – I don’t get it right all of the time I don’t believe any of us do! But I do try my best to control it.”
“I have heard once they start kicking it gives you so much reassurance, I’m not going to compare my pregnancy to anyone else’s some people feel kicks as early as 16 weeks and others are later 22+ weeks so whenever it decides to start knocking I’ll be ready and waiting.”
Jess and Rob announced they were expecting their first child last week.
She shared a handful of pictures cradling her growing bump as well as a black-and-white shot with husband Rob, his hand over her stomach.
”We’ve been praying for you,” she captioned the sweet pictures.
The happy couple tied the knot in 2021 with a ceremony in St. Kenans Church, Kilrush before celebrating in the stunning venue of the Trump International Hotel in Doonbeg, Co Clare, surrounded by their friends and family, in December.
