Jess Redden has shared some previously unseen snaps from her wedding day with Rob Kearney.
The Irish influencer, who was also answering some frequently asked questions about their day on Instagram, posted some of the snaps, which are absolutely stunning.
The couple tied the knot in December last year in St. Kenans Church, Kilrush before celebrating in the stunning venue of the Trump International Hotel in Doonbeg, Co Clare, surrounded by their friends and family.
Jess has previously opened up about how her choice of venue for her wedding had some special significance. Speaking about the location on social media, she revealed that it was a place she had previously spent a lot of time with her late father.
Sharing an old snap of him at the hotel on a day they spent there together she said; “very special place with the best memories.”
The Irish influencer recently shared what her plans where in terms of changing her name. A follower asked if she would be switching to Kearney, keeping Redden, or if she’d opt for a double barrel surname.
Responding she shared; “Actually had lots of these Q’s which is interesting! In my opinion you just do whatever you want to do, don’t worry about other people’s opinion.”
“I am changing it to Kearney – a good 10 years of spade work to get into to the family so they’re not getting rid of me easily,” she added.
Since then the couple have been on their honeymoon, but unfortunately Jess tested positive a for Covid a couple of days after they arrived. The pharmacist revealed that they could have waited to go on their honeymoon but that she “wanted a break from work and a holiday with my husband post wedding.”
Unfortunately the couple did not get the break they had envisioned; “Felt very emotional and certainly not the honeymoon we had planned but just glad that everyone I love is safe.”
“We’re all in unchartered territory so just trying to do the best we can. Felt awful to miss work but so many of us are in the same boat- trying to practice what I aways preach and just be gentle and kind to myself.”
