Jeremy McConnell has returned to social media after a very dramatic week, as rumours surface that he is gearing up to take part in Ex On The Beach.
The former Mr Ireland was arrested two weeks ago for allegedly assaulting ex-girlfriend and mother of his child, Stephanie Davis. Although it is not yet known whether Jeremy was present at the time of the incident, he flew from Ireland to Liverpool at the time of the alleged incident in order to aid police with their assault and criminal damage investigation.
Jeremy’s representative has spoken out slamming claims that Jeremy had anything to to with the assault, but insisted he is doing all he can to help the police.
“Jeremy denies any wrong doing, however he is fully cooperating with the police in their investigations.” his rep told the Irish Mirror.
After a lengthy social media silence, the Irish model posted an ad photo to Instagram over night showing him posing in a new set of clothes and clutching a travel bag, and giving a plug to the brand he’s wearing.
His return to Instagram comes amidst reports that he is gearing up to take part in the upcoming series of Ex On The Beach.
“MTV bosses have wanted to get Jez on the show for years but finally they’ve signed him up.” a source told The Sun.
“He’s the ultimate lad, and producers know it’s a dead cert that he’ll charm the ladies, have a good craic with the boys and be a hit with viewers.”
Jeremy is yet to address these rumours.
