Our favourite dynamic duo, Nicky Byrne and Jennifer Zamparelli are set to be reunited this week as Jennifer reveals her hopes of returning to Dancing with the Stars.

The presenter took to Instagram, telling fans, “I’ll be back on Dancing With the Stars on Sunday please God please God!”

Adding, “In the meantime, thank you for all your messages and stay safe!”

Jennifer was forced to pull out of Sunday’s show after testing positive for Covid-19. But that wasn’t her only project to be impacted. Despite hopes that Jen would be able to host her radio show from home, things didn’t go to plan.

The Bridget and Eamon star explained on Instagram; “Getting through the isolation, I’m nearly there, but I couldn’t go on air today because I had a little incident in the house with one of the kids.”

“Luckily he’s fine, but it was just me trying to juggle a million balls and then they all came crashing down on my face!”

She emphasised that her priority now is looking after her kids and recovering. Saying, “I just need to focus on what I need to focus on right now, and mind my kids and get through this and not try to do everything at the same time.”

Last week saw Lottie Ryan make her hosting debut on DWTS as she filled in for usual co-host Jen.

The RTE 2FM DJ joined Nicky Byrne in hosting the competition on Sunday night, and she did a fantastic job!

The last series of the show, which was in 2020, saw Lottie crowned the winner as she and her partner, Pasquale La Rocca, took home the glitter ball trophy, and now she’s made her return but on the opposite side of the competition!
