Jamie Dornan has shared his disappointment of having his family holiday cancelled with very short notice.
The star had plans for him and his family to fly out on their summer holiday just 5 days before he received news that it had been cancelled.
Tweeting his annoyance to warn other holidaymakers of the company, Jamie said:
“Please never use company called @stayaltido. Cancelled our holiday (booked in April!) 5 days before due to arrive.”
Since sharing his disappointment at the situation, the company’s boss, Will Parry has expressed his apologies, offering him a full refund and a free stay at a property of their choice.
“We were very sorry to discover that a technical issue resulted in a double booking on one of our properties, and apologise for the inconvenience caused to Jamie Dornan and his family in the run-up to their holiday,” wrote Will.
“We immediately informed the customer of the issue and have offered them a refund plus a free stay in one of our properties for the same week, or at some stage in the future.”
The outcome of Jamie’s ordeal is still unknown. However, we do know that Jamie has been enjoying some downtime recently with celebrity pals, including Niall Horan as he took part in the JP McManus Pro-Am.
The aim of the JP McManus Pro-Am is to raise money for charitable organisations, mostly located in the Mid-West region of Ireland. Jamie and co looked delighted to take part, posing for pictures as they worked the green.
