Brendan O’Carroll’s alter-ego, Agnes Brown and English singer-songwriter, James Blunt had everyone talking after they shared a very intimate moment on the first episode of All Round to Mrs Brown’s.
The BBC show made its highly anticipated debut on Saturday night – and it surpassed everyone’s expectations. Mrs.Brown and the rest of the cast had everyone in hysterics from beginning to end, with one moment in particular leaving a lasting impression.
James was the surprise musical guest in the opening show and Mrs.Brown introduced him saying, “The nicest, kindest young man that I’ve ever seen in my life, I don’t understand why everyone thinks you’re a w******.”
Following his unique introduction, the singer proceeded to serenade the comedian with Fly Me To The Moon and then, in one of the most shocking tv moments of the year, he took Agnes’ face and passionately kissed her.
After recovering from their romantic encounter, Agnes complimented James saying he had “the hottest tongue” and the award winning star then went on to perform his latest single.
