Holly Carpenter has revealed that she finds it tough being single and has recently tried dating apps.
The model explained that she has been in casual relationships but hasn’t been involved in anything serious.
“I’m totally single, I’m 100% single. It’s hard. I was kind of seeing someone a while ago but I just feel like I’m all or nothing with everything I do,” she said.
“If I’m not head over heels obsessed, then there’s a million other things I could be doing with my time.
“That sounds kind of cutthroat but I’ve stayed in relationships too long in the past where I wasn’t into it anymore and I should have just left. And everyone’s done that.”
The star added that she feels it’s important to prioritise yourself first.
“Now I think time is really precious and just put yourself first. You need to be working on yourself,” she told Evoke.
She joked: “Unless Tom Hardy rocks up or some absolute ride, I don’t even know what I’m looking for!”
The 26-year-old also explained that she’s given dating apps a go.
“I did download Bumble last week to have a look. I’ve used Tinder before but I’ve never been on a Tinder date or a Bumble date,” she said.
“But I think it’s kind of handy to see who’s around, to see who’s single. I know so many people who’ve had successful relationships from meeting online.”
