Irish model Alli MacDonnell was laid to rest today after her tragic death on February 4th.
The 36-year-old’s funeral mass took place at the Church of Assumption in Dalkey at 11.30 today.
This was followed by a burial in Dungar Cemetary in Roscrea, Tipperary at 3.30pm.
Alli had four children, Alex, Sara, Harry and Siena Rose, and was an avid Autism Awareness campaigner following her son Harry’s diagnosis in 2016.
The family paid tribute to the “forever young and beautiful” young woman.
Friends including fellow models Sarah McGovern and Gail Kaneswaren attended the funeral.
Actress and singer Lorna Goodwin paid tribute to the model on Instagram following the mass.
“RIP Alli. May you have a peaceful rest. We are all thinking of you today and will forever remember you. Thinking of your children, family and friends today xoxo” she said.
