It’s that time of year again, the days are getting colder and the nights are getting longer. But that means that I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here! is just around the corner.
After two years in Gwrych Castle in North Wales due to travel restrictions, the show is finally returning to its home in Australia!
Ant and Dec are of course returning to host the show with a whole new batch of celebrities waiting to take on the Bushtucker Trials and ultimately be crowned the King or Queen of The Jungle.
The official I’m A Celebrity Twitter page made the announcement of the show’s return less than two weeks before the newest series airs, writing: “Mark your calendars… the countdown is on!”
This year’s line-up includes famous faces like Coronation Street star Sue Cleaver, former Love Island star Olivia Attwood, and Radio X host Chris Moyles just to name a few.
Love Island’s Olivia has confirmed her spot upon touch down in Australia, telling The Mirror: “It is day one at the minute so I’m not missing much. But in three or four days the dogs and my fiancé probably.”
Other stars rumoured to be making their way to the jungle are Comedian and Gogglebox star Babatúndé Aléshé, Pop star Boy George, Footballer Adebayo Akinfenwa, and Olympian Tom Daley.
With such a good blend of characters thrown into the mix, we can only imagine the shenanigans that will go on inside the camps this year, and we can’t wait to see it all unfold!
The series will launch next Sunday at 9pm, and will usually run for three weeks, until the end of November.
Watch I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here! from Sunday 6th November on Virgin Media One.
