Elaine has revealed that looking back, she’s no idea how she was able to take part in such a challenging weight loss show, but she’s glad she stuck to it.

The Cork native said that she’s delighted she’s managed to keep the weight off so far, as usually  she’d have put it all back on.

“There was a great sense of achievement as well and I’ve been keeping it up. Normally, at this stage, I would have piled on all the weight again and that hasn’t happened, so touch wood,” she said.
