Celebrity Operation Transformation contestant Elaine Crowley faces a huge challenge on tonight’s episode of the weight loss programme.
After admitting on the show that the biggest issue she faces is the cooking aspect of the process, in tonight’s instalment she faces the daunting task of cooking a meal for ten people.
On the debut episode of the series last week Elaine lost a whopping one stone and impressed the panel of health and fitness professionals. However, the TV3 presenter made it clear that it’s not about the weightless for her, but rather a lifestyle change.
“The problem for me is keeping it off and a lifestyle change. It’s about change in the long-term.
“As long as I can eat my three meals a day and get my exercise in everyday it’ll come off eventually,” she said.
In an effort to make cooking her own meals part of this new lifestyle, this week the Midday host is given the task of cooking an Operation Transformation dinner for her whole family, back in her hometown of New Twopothouse in County Cork.
Although it definitely proved difficult for the 39-year-old, her determination won out and she definitely succeeded in her challenge.
