Eamonn Holmes has landed himself in hot water, once again, with wife Ruth Langsford after admitting that he’s more likely to go astray from her than he is Manchester United.
The devout supporter is never one to shy away from making controversial comments on This Morning but his comments on the show today were even more outlandish than usual!
When speaking about Man United, Eamonn said that he’d be more likely to stay faithful to his favourite football team than Ruth -and he believes that’s the case with all football fans!
“I’m more likely to go astray in other areas than betray united,” he said. “That would apply to a hundred percent of football fans, whether you’re a man or a woman you’re less likely to change your football team than your partner.
“I’m going to be honest with you, I can never imagine not being with United.”
Luckily, Ruth took it all in good fun and responded saying, “You heard it here first folks!”
