In an unexpected turn of events, the Dancing With the Stars final will now take place tonight, instead of next Sunday.
In a statement released by RTE they have said;
“After careful consideration and due to the current situation and adhering to the recommended guidance around cornoavirus Covid19- Dancing With the Stars will host the final tonight instead of the scheduled semi-final.”
They also said that the winner will still be chosen by public vote as normal.
This means we have four fantastic contestants to choose from tonight instead of three; Grainne Gallanagh, Ryan Andrews, Lottie Ryan and Aidan Fogarty.
Grainne Gallanagh has expressed her surprise and delight to be in the final;
“In light of everything this is obviously for the best and the main thing is that we do our best to keep everyone safe. I hope everyone finds something positive in watching the show tonight. The absolute best of luck to the other three fabulous finalists”
