The pro dancer on RTE’s Dancing With The Stars has landed his dream job as a professional partner on Strictly Come Dancing.
Kai joined the cast of Strictly as a group dancer last year after the Irish Dancing With The Stars was cancelled due to Covid-19. Now the 25-year-old has been promoted to a professional partner role.
In an announcement on Instagram the dancer said, “I feel like this is my childhood dream come true.
watching strictly from the very first season as a young boy from Southampton and now 18 years later being asked to be a professional dancer on the show is the most amazing feeling and the biggest accomplishment of my career so far.
I can’t wait to step on the strictly floor and experience the exciting times that lie ahead,”.
The other new additions to the professionals line up are Nikita Kuzmin, Cameron Lombard and Jowita Przystal.
The new pro’s will be joining origanal pro’s such as Maura Higgin’s boyfriend Giovanni Pernice, we are sure we will see Maura supporting him in the audience when the show airs!
The other of the pro’s are Aljaž Škorjanec, Amy Dowden, Dianne Buswell, Gorka Marquez, Graziano Di Prima, Johannes Radebe, Karen Hauer, Katya Jones, Luba Mushtuk, Nadiya Bychkova, Nancy Xu, Neil Jones, and Oti Mabuse.
The new series will be on our screens in Autumn, we cannot wait!
