Love Island couple Dami Hope and Indiyah Polack just took a massive step in their relationship, when he asked her to be his girlfriend this week. But now they’re about to take an even biggest step as Dami will be meeting Indiyah’s mother on tonight’s show.
But following the drama from Dami’s behaviour in Casa Amor, and him coupling up with Summer, it seems like the microbiologist will have a hard time winning over his girlfriend’s family.
In a teaser for tonight’s episode, Indiyah’s mum Dee and sister Shak made it clear to her that they were not impressed with his actions. With Dee saying: “The behaviour, and I’m sure Shak will tell Dami, he’s not been cleared yet. He’s not cleared in my eyes yet either…”
Also making her feelings known to Dami, asking him: “So explain the three-way kiss…”
But there will also be some joy for the Wicklow man during tonight’s Meet the Parents episode, as he will be reunited with his family for the first time in weeks.
Receiving a virtual visit from his sister Femi and cousin Alicia.
But even then it seems Dami can’t escape his Casa Amor behaviour as they inform him: “Grandma’s been watching!”
Before discussing his actions, saying: “Why? But why?”
Dami and Indiyah are currently the only couple guaranteed a spot in the final, following a vote between the villa’s couples to pick the least compatible pair.
They received no votes meaning they are safe, and have secured a spot in the final.
While the other four couples, Davide and Ekin-Su, Adam and Paige, Gemma and Luca, along with Andrew and Tasha all received at least one vote, meaning they could be dumped from the island.
