Colin Farrell has spilled on some major details on the Harry Potter prequel Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them. The film is set to be one of the biggest blockbusters of 2016 and it also stars Eddie Redmayne and Ezra Miller, we can’t wait to see it!
Colin plays the part of Percival Graves in the prequel and told Comingsoon.net that he had a great time filming and loved working with big names like Eddie Redmayne,and director of the Harry Potter franchise, David Yates.
“I loved it, yeah! I had fun doing it…David Yates is an extraordinary man and filmmaker who kinda feels like a protector of the kingdom. He’s so well-versed in the mythology of that world and has a deep affinity for the characters and the lore of it. He was great to be around,” he said.
When asked about whether he would be filming a sequel to the film he said that he wasn’t sure if another film was even happening. We hope he’s just being tight-lipped about this!
“No, I don’t know what’s happening. As far as I knew it’s standalone. I don’t know what their intentions are,” he told the website.
Meanwhile, Colin was looking dapper at the Met Gala on Monday night with his sister Claudine in New York City.
He was flying the stylish flag for Ireland along with Caitriona Balfe and Saoirse Ronan.
