Claudine Keane has revealed she was horrified after the school which her son attends in LA was closed due to a bomb threat.
The model mum was terrified over the scare, which affected the Los Angeles school district yesterday. Claudine lives in Beverly Hill with her soccer player hubby Robbie and their two boys Robert Jr (6) and Hudson (two months), but they were thankfully not in the city when the drama took place.
She has opened up about receiving a frightening email from her older son’s school, which informed his parents that the school would be closed due to a bomb scare. It has since emerged that this was likely a hoax, but over 1,000 pubic schools were not taking any chances.
“I am relieved to not be in LA while this is going on,” she told the Irish Daily Star. “I received an email and text message from Robert’s school to say there would be no school today or until further notice due to threats to children’s safety.”
She added: “It’s becoming absurd now to think that parents have to worry while their kids are at school, something which I experienced with the shootings in California.
“It’s also taking the innocence away from young children as the schools have made them aware these threats are happening so they know the drill.”
