Chris O’Dowd is joining forces with renowned film director JJ Abram for his new movie God Particle.
JJ Abram has directed the Star Wars and Star Trek movies, so it is a huge honour for Chris to be working with such an influential industry member.
The sci-fi movie, God Particle will follow a team of astronauts fighting for survival after a science experiment causes the earth to disappear.
Chris will be playing the role of one of the astronauts and he will be accompanied by an impressive cast line-up.
The stars cast so far include; Zhang Ziyi David Oyelowo, Gugu Mbatha-Raw, Daniel Bruhl and Elizabeth Debicki.
JJ abram’s Bad Robot Productions will be producing the movie but there is no release date yet.
We can’t wait to see Chris in all his sci-fi glory!
