Ah, Christmas presents shopping.
You either love it or hate it.
And whilst some people are terrific at gift giving, there are a few who tend to crumble under the pressure…Patrick Kielty being one of them.
Yes, opening up on This Morning, Cat shared with her co-host Dermot O’Leary one of the more disappointing presents she received over the years from her husband, Patrick.

Discussing the topic of Christmas presents, Cat revealed: “I got a slow cooker for Christmas.
“I opened it up and said ‘yay…’,” she jokingly added.
Dermot was surprised to hear the present in question and when asked who gave it to her, Cat admitted it was Patrick.
She of course added that she enjoys the slow cooker very much so now, though a police of jewellery could have done the job nicely!
“[He could’ve gotten] a piece of jewellery or something,” Cat noted.
“You can’t really go wrong with jewellery. I love [the slow cooker] now, but it wasn’t really what I wanted at the time.”
Poor Patrick!
What can we say, other than we hope he’s learned from his mistakes…
