Following his split from Una Healy earlier this summer, Ben Foden has remained relatively quiet on social media – however it would appear, that’s a thing of the past.
Una and Ben called time on their relationship a few weeks ago as cheating allegations emerged, and since then, he’s been shying away from all social media activity.
Days after the split, he shared a photo of the gym and spoke about his ‘next chapter’ as he prepares for a big move to the US.
A few days later he shared a video of his daughter Aoife Belle on a pony in Chesire, but soon deleted it.
Today, Ben has been documenting a day with his kids, as they bake up a storm.
He spent the day making some sweet treats, with his “cookie monster” Tadgh.
Earlier this week, the sports star has shared the picture of himself, as he posed alongside some fellow rugby buffs.
“Back in the big city and getting ready for the season ahead,” he said from New York.
Una and Ben recently celebrated their six year wedding anniversary in the big apple, where they were planning to move.
The rugby star has been in talks with a club over in the US and if the deal went through, Una was determined that they’d all take the leap together.
“We are committed to going as a family,” she said.
“I don’t think we could live different lives in separate cities across the Atlantic. It wouldn’t be right.”
