While he may have missed the IFTAs last weekend, Barry Keoghan had a very good excuse.
Even with his nomination for his role in The Banshees of Inisherin on Sunday night, he was noticeably absent from the red carpet.
Plenty of his co-stars were present along with a host of famous faces, including his Banshees co-star Brendan Gleeson.
Taking to Instagram on Tuesday, Barry shared a selfie with his son Brando, who he welcomed with his girlfriend Alyson Sandro last August.
Barry had a particularly busy week last week, as he attended his first Met Gala in New York with Burberry.
Barry sported a blue and black plaid suit from Burberry with a matching polo neck.
He added some glam with a brooch from Bulgari and a blue rose on his lapel as he walked the steps of the Met.

Earlier that day he shared a picture of all of his son, Brando’s bibs drying on a towel rack.
It is clear that Barry has a soft spot for his son, from sharing his name in his Instagram bio down to dedicating his BAFTA for his role in The Banshees Of Inisherin to his son back in February.
“Ireland, Brando, this is for my son as well, Brando. For my mother, and also for the kids that are dreaming to be something from the area where I came from. This is for you.”
