There’s no end to what this woman can do!
Yes, Eve Hewson has only gone and landed herself a major new movie role.
According to Deadline, the Bad Sisters actress is set to join Tessa Thompson in Hedda, the new film to be directed for MGM’s Orion Pictures and Plan B by Nia DaCosta, who is working from her own script.
The movie is billed as an epic and visceral reimagination of Henrik Ibsen’s famed 1891 stage play Hedda Gabler.
Details have yet to be revealed of the movie adaption, but if it’s anything like the play, the storyline could follow the title character, Hedda, the daughter of a general, who is trapped in a marriage and a house that she does not want.
As far as who Eve will be playing in the film, we’re not sure as her role has also not been disclosed.
But whatever her involvement, it’s clear the actress is over the moon with the news and even took to Instagram to share her excitement.
“My BFA is screaming,” she wrote alongside an announcement post.

Most recently, Eve received rave reviews out of Sundance for her starring turn opposite Joseph Gordon-Levitt in John Carney’s Dublin-set musical dramedy Flora and Son.
Fellow Flora and Son co-star Jack Reynor is set to make an appearance, while Nicole Kidman, Liev Schreiber, Dakota Fanning and more have all signed up for the six-part limited series.
We can’t wait!
