Niall Horan has spoken out about his support of his One Direction bandmate Harry Styles, as he heads to Hollywood for his first film role.
Harry will be starring in Dunkirk, a war epic that is set to hit the big screen later this year.
Speaking at his Horan and Rose charity event on Sunday night, the Mullingar native said that while acting isn’t for him, he’s sure Harry will do a great job.
He said, “I don’t think I would have the patience for acting, spending all that time on set and stuff like that.
“I’m looking forward to seeing it, it’s going to be an unbelievable movie but when one of your mates is in it then it’s going to be even better. I think he is going to do well.”
Niall added that Harry wouldn’t have been too pleased about chopping all his hair off for the role, but Harry- that’s not what makes you beautiful…eh?
“I’d imagine he was pretty nervous. He spent about two years growing that so I wouldn’t say he was too happy about it but it is what it is, he’s in a movie now,” he said.
Meanwhile, fellow Directioner Louis Tomlinson mortified Niall yesterday afternoon.
