Aoibhín Garrihy had quite an exciting long weekend as she opened the doors to her new coffee shop and studio space aka The Well.

The former Fair City actress who originally hails from Castleknock in Dublin, first revealed plans to open such a coffee shop back in October.

The Well is located in Ennis, Claire where she now resides with her husband John Burke and three daughters.

Taking to Instagram to announce the news, Aoibhín shared that this project was a dream come true.

“Every great journey begins with a dream—a vision, a glimpse of what could be,” began the post.

“Nestled in the heart of our hometown, we dreamed about bringing this charming townhouse, steeped in history and full of character, back to life.

“From dreams to reality, this space has been earned through the hard work, determination and dedication of so many.

“We are so grateful to those brilliant people who worked tirelessly to make this happen.”

Adding: “We opened our doors this week with our nearest and dearest, we welcomed well-wishers, passers-by, neighbours, family, friends, new friends…all sharing their own special memories of times gone by at 71 O’Connell Street and hopes for its future.”

Nothing short of charming, The Well is located in an old townhouse, dating back to the 1800s, however, the space has been renovated over the last few months, turning the building into a modern shop.

As well as the coffee shop, The Well also has a “dedicated studio” that hosts yoga classes and serves baked goods and other breakfast foods.

Sure, what else could you ask for?
