Angela Scanlon has opened up about why she does not show her baby on social media.
The presenter and her husband Roy Horgan welcomed their first child, Ruby in February of last year.
While she often shares photos of her little girl from the back, or in a buggy, the star is conscious never to show the little one’s face
“I haven’t [show her face] but I think it’s really important for us as women not to be judgemental of each others choices so I would preface it with that,” she told VIP Magazine.
“But on a personal level I am really private. I do share stuff and I am conscious that people want access to my ‘real life’ but that feels very sacred to me I suppose. The thing is, she is really cute and beautiful and part of me is like, ‘I wish I could show everybody’ but I feel like once I do, that it’s open and it’s not her choice,” she explained.
“So maybe selfishly, as a little human she is mine and Roy’s… although she has adorable toes… so you know we break them out on occasions,” she laughed.
