Amy Huberman never fails to make us laugh, but her recent tweets about the heatwave taking place across Ireland at the moment, has us in stitches!
The actress describes how Irish people are dealing with the humidity and sunshine perfectly. The struggle is real, and Amy totally gets it!
Taking to Twitter the comedian explained the difficulties of negotiating bed time when it’s this warm out. She wrote, “At the end of a long day I love getting into bed; tossing and turning 8,007 times and shallow breathing the dead air. Super relaxing.”
“Anyone else feeling vulnerable under their flimsy sheet? Nothing wards off nighttime baddies like a good solid 13.5 tog,” she continued. Her description may be hilarious, but it’s also accurate!
Irish people don’t know how to handle this kind of heat. We don’t have the resources and it makes us a bit mad, but Amy has an answer for that too.
“Apparently there’s a full moon tonight. One of many I reckon as people up and down the country try to cool off under the duvet,” she wrote.
As much as we agree with Amy, we’re in no position to be complaining about the fab weather!
