Amber Gill opens up about ‘biggest bust-up you could ever imagine’ with Greg O’Shea ahead of Love Island final

Amber Gill has opened up about a ‘bust up’ she had with fellow islander Greg O’Shea just before the show’s final was set to begin.

Speaking on YouTube to Murad Merali Amber has shared some behind-the-scenes gossip from the series. Explaining what happened, she said:

“The day before the final, me and Greg had the biggest bust-up you could ever imagine like we didn’t want to know each other. I can’t remember what it was about now, probably something ridiculous”

However, as we know Greg and Amber went on to win the series, meaning that they put aside their differences at some point. Sharing that she and Greg had feelings for one another at the time, Amber added:

“We were like ‘Nah, we’re not doing this, it’s done,’ it was a lot… We ended up being separated and then we came back together because we did like each other at the time.”

“We were like you know what, there are two days left let’s just get through it it’ll be good. And then on the day of the final, we thought ‘oh we’ll probably come fourth,’ it’ll be good like what a good run that we had.”

Amber also shared that neither she nor Greg ever expected to win the show, with it coming as a huge surprise that they made it into the top two couples.

“Like he just came in, and then we ended up in the top two and we were looking at each other like…what’s going on?”

Greg and Amber parted ways not long after their Love Island win.
