Aj Pritchard has voiced his opinions on brother Curtis’ Love Island relationship with Amy.
Curtis has received a lot of online criticism since revealing to his partner Amy that his head had been turned by new girl Jourdan and he has doubts about their relationship.
Speaking on ITV’s Lorraine, AJ reckons his brother is being treated unfairly, saying that Curtis did not technically cheat on Amy.
“It is being portrayed the he has kind of cheated on her (Amy), but realistically, yes he kissed another girl but that was in a task, he still slept outside with Tommy in the daybed and nothing happened regarding that,” he said.
When asked if he had any advice for his younger brother, AJ expressed his wishes for the girls in the villa to step away from Amy, and allow Curtis to open up to her.
“The other girls in the villa are blocking Amy and not wanting Curtis to speak to her,” he said.
“My advice to him would be to go and talk to Amy and say exactly how you feel.”
The Strictly Come Dancing pro admitted that he would like for Curtis and Amy to reconcile their relationship, believing that they truly make a good match.
“I think he should stay with Amy, because Curtis does what he feels and he wants to get back with her.
He continued, “The little blip with Jourdan, it was proving to him, ‘No, Amy’s the person that I do like and do want to get with.”
Love Island continues tonight at 9pm on Virgin Media Two.
