Ailbhe Garrihy has shared a picture of her stunning second wedding dress.
The former VIP Style Award winner and long term love Ruaidhri tied the knot last week in a romantic ceremony in Co.Clare, and Ailbhe has now revealed the unique way they celebrated with with their family and friends.
Taking to Instagram today, the 30-year-old shared the snap of her second look that she wore for her main reception, which took place the day after their ceremony.
“Day 2 of 2!, ” she captioned the beautiful picture.
“After the most special day with immediate family and close friends on Thursday, we woke up Friday, switched the ensembles and headed to the amazing @hotel.doolin to be greeted by our extended family, friends and loved ones for our main reception.
“Some may think we were mad, but we did it our way and we wouldn’t change a single thing!”
The two day long event saw the bride don two beautiful looks, with her bridesmaids also rocking two different dresses across the celebrations.
The newlyweds celebrated in Doolin Co. Clare, while Ailbhe stole the show in a beautiful boho style dress, with lace detailing and a capped sleeve.
Three of the most important people in Ailbhe’s life; her two sisters Aoibhin and Doireann plus best friend Serena, joined her at the alter as bridesmaids.
The trio wore matching outfits, with Aoibhin simply sizing up to accommodate her growing baby bump.
Not to be overlooked, Aoibhin’s daughter Hanorah was cute as ever, as she acted as flower girl for the occasion.
The former Fair City actress recently told us, “I wasn’t sure if she would be walking but she’s almost there and so it would be so sweet to see her waddle up the aisle in all her finery!”
