Sunday nights are now officially the time for Irish people to get together and give their two cents on whatever battle Dermot has gotten himself into this week.
And last night was no different!
Dermot made the trip to Waterford to take on the challenge of farmer Padraig and his teacher wife Katie, and things came to a head more times than once.
Wether it was windows or numbers of bedrooms, there were no shortage of talking points, and Twitter was picking up on one major battle!
Despite Dermot’s well known love for an open plan living area, Katie was insistent on having a wall in between the kitchen and living room, leading to a pretty heated, lengthy debate.
Hi @DermotBannon Do you think open plan has reached a high water mark? The room last night, with the wall, was still massive. #roomtoimprove

Oh. What’s happening? I’m starting to feel sorry for Dermot now. Whatever abt walls, he’s right about the floor. #RoomToImprove
