Pippa O’Connor received some online backlash yesterday as tickets for Pippa’s Fashion Factory Part 2 sold out in minutes.

Disappointed fans took to social media to express their upset at not being able to obtain tickets to the Limerick event, but some of the comments directed at Pippa were “bordering on abusive.”

On the businesswoman’s Facebook page one fan wrote, “Well that was a joke! 11:03am and it’s sold out. No events found until 11.02am,” while another wrote, “Well that was an utter joke.”

Taking to Snapchat yesterday Pippa apologised for the inconvenience and addressed the hateful comments.

“Tickets went on sale for Limerick this morning at 11 o’clock, the site crashed with of all the traffic, tickets went in minutes and I know lots of people are upset and annoyed.

“I know it sounds like a first world problem but I’m upset now that you’re upset. Some people were saying that they couldn’t get on to the page at all and I know that is so annoying especially when you’re sitting there waiting but there was just that many people at once.

“Some of the comments though on Facebook are bordering on abusive which is not cool,” she said.

Meanwhile the fashion and beauty guru just celebrated a huge milestone.
