Dublin GAA legend Bernard Brogan is a married man!
You could almost hear hearts breaking across the country as the football star walked up the aisle with his partner of four years, Keira Doyle, in Thomastown Church this afternoon.
Bernard was joined by many of his well-known team mates, including All-Ireland winning captain Stephen Cluxton and his wife Joanne, and Paul Flynn and his girlfriend Fiona Hudson, along with Philly McMahon, Paul Flynn and Jason Sherlock.
The bride looked stunning in a chiffon gown, fur wrap and a pearl headpiece, while her bridesmaids stood out in striking green jumpsuits and fur jackets. The award-winning GAA star’s brother Alan was groomsman, alongside his former team-mate Ross McConnell.
Brogan popped the question to Dubliner Keira, who works as an account director for a sports management company, while on a romantic break in Turkey in January this year, and the pair retired to nearby Mount Juliet hotel and country club for their wedding reception.
But before hitting the champagne, Bernard had time to tweet an adorable picture of the newly-weds!
