Louis Walsh has been sharing his opinions of the new X-Factor panel quite frequently, and the judges have finally had enough of his catty comments.
The former judge has been aiming a few sly digs towards his replacement Nick Grimshaw, and while chatting to Lorraine on ITV, didn’t come across as being a fan of the Radio One DJ at all.
“The other guy – what’s his name? He’s trying, he’s doing his best,” he said.
He’s also claimed that X-Factor’s not as good without him on the show, but now Rita Ora has had enough of his remarks.
Speaking to the Mirror she said, “I think someone’s just a little bit burnt they lost their chair. It’s OK Louis, I’ll rub your feet for you if you want. It’s okay.”
The star doesn’t think it’s right that Louis has given Nick such a hard time, saying, “Let me tell you something – he’s a hard worker and he has great taste and great ears. He may not be able to physically stand on stage and sing a song but you don’t need to.”
She continued, “He’s one of the important hands that plays the songs that you guys get introduced to on the radio. You don’t understand as an artist how important that is.”
We’re sure Louis will have something to say back to this!
