The Blizzards frontman Niall Breslin has revealed that there’s absolutely no chance of him signing up to the new series of Dancing with the Stars if it returns to our screens next year.
The Mullingar man won’t be quick-stepping around the dance floor anytime soon as he simply wouldn’t be able to dedicate as much time to the show as it would require.
“RTE don’t have the insurance for me to dance. I will injure many people and make a fool of myself doing it,” Bressie told the Herald.
“I would never do it, not in a million years. You have to give up your day job to do it. The time commitment is insane.”
While the musician won’t be competing in the show, GAA star Bernard Brogan hasn’t ruled out a possible appearance.
“It’s a bit of fun. There’s some craic about it and Aidan had great fun,” he told the Irish Mirror. “He entertained a lot of us, and got a lot of slagging I’m sure as well, but that’s part of it.”
The sports star concluded, “Maybe when I retire it could be something.”
Meanwhile, Aidan O’Mahony has exclusively told VIP Magazine who he’d like to see take part in the new series.
