Sweet melodies filled the air all day, as singer-songwriter and primary school teacher Annmarie O’Riordan wed biomedical engineer Anthony Holmes during a beautiful ceremony in St. John’s Church, Dromagh, Co. Cork.
The couple met through their mutual love of music so it’s no surprise it played such a big part of their day. As well as singing a song by herself as Gaeilge during the wedding, Seán Keane and Seán Ó’Liatháin played them down the aisle, accompanied by Annmarie’s own band who also performed at the drinks reception in the Rochestown Park Hotel.
Afterwards, everyone then danced the night away to leading Irish country singer Mike Denver. Annmarie and Anthony honeymooned in The Ashford Castle Estate before moving into their newly built home on Annmarie’s family farm.
