The Wolfe Tones are having the farewell tour of a lifetime!
And we’re delighted for them.
They announced that they would play one final gig in Thomond Park Stadium in 2025.
The concert sold out in an unprecedented time and they have now announced a second date.
They will now play the Limerick venue on July 11th, two days before their final show.
Tickets for the extra date go on sale this Friday 22nd November 2024 at 9pm.
The Wolfe Tones reflected on this remarkable outpouring of love from fans across Ireland, with Brian Warfield saying: “We have been completely overwhelmed by the response to our Thomond Park Stadium show, which sold out in record time!
“We are truly humbled by the incredible demand to see The Wolfe Tones live, and it’s an honour to bring our music to such an iconic venue. Due to the incredible demand, we are delighted to announce a second date on the 11th of July. We look forward to sharing another unforgettable night with our fans.”
Tickets €49.90 and €59.90 are subject to 12.5 per cent Ticketmaster service charge per ticket (max €10.50). Under 16’s must be accompanied by an Adult. Standing over 14’s only.
