The VIP List: Here’s what we’re loving this week

Summer is well and truly in full swing.

Festival season is upon us and we’re loving spending our evenings soaking up the sun. And avoiding the rain, of course.

Here’s what Team VIP has been loving this week.

Bronwyn loving Taylor Swift? Groundbreaking stuff.

I have been obsessed with this woman since I was 12 years old. She was one of my first ever concerts back when I was in secondary school dragging my long-suffering stepdad along for the ride. He still talks about it to this day, so I think it was pretty successful.

I’ve been a ride-or-die for Miss Swift for well over a decade and I can sing pretty much every single song of hers word for word. So when I found out that she would be bringing her Eras Tour to Ireland next summer I couldn’t be more excited.

I am already planning my outfit. I have accommodation sorted. All I need are those pesky tickets. And I am ready for The Great War on July 13th.

Staff Writer Anja is loving…NUXE Sun Range

We have been truly blessed this past month with warm and sunny weather. Granted, it gets a bit dull here and there with the occasional thunderstorm but overall, I have very much enjoyed soaking up the sun from the comfort of my backyard. So now that the sun is out in force, I’ve been taking extra caution when it comes to looking after my skin, ensuring it gets the added protection it needs from those intense UV rays.

One brand that I have been loving lately is the NUXE Sun Range. Brimming from High Protection Melting Lotion to Moisturising Protective Milky Oil for Hair to a Refreshing After Sun Milk and Tanning Sun Oil with SPF 50, they really do have it all. The formulas used contain an exclusive patented sunscreen system combining 2 esters and 3 organic sunscreens and have been recognised for their proven effectiveness on all UVB and UVA, both short and long. What more could you want?

They’re also combined with some natural-origin ingredients, such as botanical oils and botanical-origin anti-oxidant extracts which help to make skin look more beautiful and protect it from premature photo-aging. With a trip to Lisbon around the corner, rest assured I will be bringing my NUXE products with me.

You can shop the range at Cloud 10 Beauty and all major pharmacies nationwide.

Head of Commercial Rebecca is loving…Parisian Flower Market at Café en Seine

Why go to Paris when you can bring Paris to Dublin?

Café en Seine has launched the Parisian Flower Market with Tanqueray London Dry Gin for the month of June. It’s the perfect way to spend a girlie morning or a romantic afternoon.

This floral oasis of botanical elegance will transport visitors to the ‘Instagram-able’ occasion of the summer. Perfect for your picture-worthy brunch or lunch with paired, elegant, floral cocktails.

There’s a gorgeous food menu to compliment your cocktails.

The Parisian Flower Market runs until the end of June and you can find out all the details you need here.

Weekend Editor Sláine is loving…Dr.Jart+ Cicapair Tiger Grass Color Correcting Treatment

I am far from a makeup person, in fact, I’m desperate at doing my own. And so I normally just focus on skincare, but now the two have been combined.

Dr.Jart+ Cicapair Tiger Grass Color Correcting Treatment helps to protect the skin from the damaging effects of environmental aggressors such as pollution and UV light, fortify the skin barrier, along with improve the skin’s moisture levels, restoring balance and harmony. All while colour correcting to help reduce redness.

Its low maintenance and easy to use, so a new favourite in my routine.
