We’re still enjoying the New Year vibes here at VIP HQ.
We mean, January is long enough, so we might as well get some joy out of it.
So here’s what we’re loving this week…
Head of Digital Jade is loving… Wholesome (& Stunning) Book Launches

This week, STELLAR mag hosted a gorgeous event in Dublin’s Doll Society to mark the release of Ellen Keane’s new book, Perfectly Imperfect.
The night was filled with stunning cocktails (Ellen-themed and all), a fascinating Q&A, and a whole host of the Paralympian star’s friends, family, and fans, who were all only delighted to celebrate her first book.
Truly lovely.
Digital Editor Bronwyn is loving…Mean Girls
Mean Girls is truly iconic and nothing can ever beat the original Lindsay Lohan flick. (Even though I am traumatised from my first watch where I desperately begged my mother to rent it from the video shop when I was nine and we sat in awkwardness as we watched the film that definitely isn’t suitable for a nine-year-old!)
Now Mean Girls has a new film! It’s a musical, just in case you didn’t know, so it definitely has its own merit.
I’m such a huge fan of Renée Rapp, the new Regina George, who is such a talent and really eats up every scene she’s in. Grab your girls and have a great time!
Commercial & Events Director Rebecca is loving…doggy grooming
My fluffy furball was invited in for a New Year’s groom by the wonderful team in Petmania, in their Santry Store and I can not cope with his cute new look. Loki is a Cavapoo and as a pup a bit of a handful, but the team in Petmania really made him feel at ease and gave him the ultimate little pamper session.
Petmania now has 16 stores across Ireland with the largest dog grooming business in the country. They also offer a free puppy club and free puppy care classes for anyone else looking for help or advice with their new furry family addition.
For more information about Petmania, the latest advice on pet healthcare and you can find your local store online.
Staff Writer Anja is loving…Q+A skin and body care

Okay, if you haven’t tried the ingredient-focused skincare brand that is Q+A then you need to get on that buzz. A wide range of products is available with everything from body creams and gels to facial serums, oils, moisturises and more. Two of the products that I’ve personally been loving, however, are the Vitamin C Body Cream and the Chamomile Night Cream.
Enriched with Shea Butter and Ginger Root, the body cream delivers instant nourishment and feeds the skin barrier, all while hydrating, protecting, and rejuvenating dry and dull skin.
The Chamomile night cream works while you sleep to strengthen your skin barrier and help achieve a hydrated and fresh complexion. This formula also provides elasticity-boosting benefits along with helping improve skin firmness for a more youthful look.
I can’t wait to try out what else Q+A has to offer! You can shop the brand at Millies, Cloud 10 Beauty and select pharmacies nationwide.
Digital Editor Bronwyn is loving…Hair Oil
This year I am going to take care of my hair. I have been bleaching it since I was a teenager. And before Christmas, I went copper! In the hopes that this would give me hair a break from the bleach and also because it looks really good.
So I’m trying to create a proper hair routine. Enter hair oil, specifically Alfaparf Milano’s Sublime Cristalli Liquidi With Thermal Protection.
It makes my hair look so shiny and it feels so soft. Also it smells so good! What a treat!
You can grab your’s here.
