Thalia Hefferen revealed she was rushed to hospital last night, however she’s on the mend now.
The model didn’t explain the exact reason behind her late-night trip to A&E, but did admit she’s feeling much better after the visit.
“I’m okay now, it was a scary night but today’s forecast is beige foods and plenty of rest. If it wasn’t for Ryan, I’d be in a much worse state,” she said.
Thalia continued, “I initially refused to be taken to hospital because I didn’t want to waste their time but the second I stood up, I realised I needed help.
“Don’t do what I did. When you need help, get it – that’s what they’re there for.
“I was brought straight into major from reception, so my worries about wasting their time was nonsense. Listen to your body.”
