Autumn is officially here, ladies.
The days are getting chillier, the nights are getting longer, and your A/W wear is coming back out from hibernation.
It’s time to rediscover your big knits and dust off your heavy coats as we dive head first into the cosiest time of the year.
But if your current wardrobe isn’t sparking joy, don’t worry – we’ve got some gorgeous pieces from Very Ireland that are sure to add style to any Autumn/Winter look.
Earlier this month, influencer and fashion guru The Style Fairy (aka Naomi Clarke) launched her third fashion edit with Very.ie – and it’s safe to say it’s only gorgeous.
The 18-piece versatile collection (which launched on September 18) is comprised of stylish trousers, gorgeous blazers, beautiful dresses, and more. It’s your perfect capsule wardrobe coming into the colder months!
Naomi’s collection is inclusive with sizes ranging from 8-20 and pieces beginning at just €30. The influencer says that she wanted to tackle the ‘I have a wardrobe full of clothes but nothing to wear’ dilemma with her edit.
“I’m so passionate about the importance of having a capsule wardrobe; pieces that be worn and re-worn in lots of different ways, pieces that really earn their place in your wardrobe,” she says.
“The collection is so authentic to me and my style and is built on classic wardrobe staples such as the white shirt, the classic biker jacket, the wool blazer, good fitting jeans, with a subtle nod to some of this season’s key trends such as the metallic trousers and the midi skirt.
“I incorporated the more trend-led pieces into the collection by styling them in a way that feels very classic, wearable, accessible and true to me.”
Naomi adds that there are certain staples you should have in your wardrobe that will get you through the autumn.
“A neutral blazer is a great staple for AW, there are 3 blazers in my edit, all of which I love; you can wear now with a t-shirt underneath and as the weather gets colder you can layer knitwear underneath,” she says.
“Other key staples for AW for me are; great jeans, an ‘all rounder dress’, a longer length midi skirt (style with trainers now and boots in the colder months), a white shirt, a knit dress, leather look leggings, and a transitional jacket.
“In my edit I have a stunning longer length khaki utility style jacket and a really versatile black bomber jacket, both of which are so easy to style and will really pull together your AW wardrobe.”
