The former Hollyoaks actress welcomed her first child into the world in January and now she has shared a pic of the poignant moment she held her newborn for the first time.
The 24-year-old looks overwhelmed with emotion, as she cradles little Caben in her arms.
“The moment my life changed forever. We did it little man… and will continue going strong together forever more.From this moment on.” she wrote alongside the snap.
