Stephanie Davis has officially confirmed her pregnancy, and admitted that while she’d love Jeremy McConnell to be involved in their babies life, she’d be willing to be a single parent if needs be.
The star told OK! Magazine, “My pregnancy was a shock but I can’t wait to be a mum.
“I’m so excited to be a parent, I couldn’t be happier.”
Stephanie has had a turbulent relationship with the baby’s father, Jeremy McConnell, but she’s still hoping her ex will be present in their baby’s life.
She said, “I hope that Jeremy will want to be a part of this baby’s life, but if he decides not to then I am prepared to raise our baby on my own.”
Jeremy took to Twitter last week to defend himself against public backlash saying, “Just to be clear if what is circulating is true, I’ll always be responsible for my actions, and I explained to Steph I’ll speak to her, and do everything for her.”
