Jeremy McConnell has avoided jail time at Liverpool Magistrates’ Court today.
The Irish model was on trial assault of his ex-girlfriend and mother of his child, Stephanie Davis.
He was issued a restraining order by the court that orders him to stay away from and not contact Stephanie for three years.
The exes have had a turbulent relationship since meeting in the Celebrity Big Brother house last year, and ended their relationship after Stephanie made the claims against the Irish model.
Stephanie, who posted on instagram claiming that the stress of the trial had caused her to miscarry the pair’s second child earlier this month, did not appear in court as the verdict was read out.
