Sinéad O’Brien is celebrating a very special new arrival, as she and her husband, Simon Fitzgerald, have announced the birth of their beautiful baby girl.
Taking to Instagram to share the news, Sinéad posted a photo of herself holding their new bundle of joy.
“Jessie Rose,” Sinead wrote, revealing the name she and Simon had chosen for their little one.
“04.06.26. Our girl has arrived.”

The influencer couldn’t help but share her joy and pride, revealing that she and Simon got plenty of precious time with their daughter after the birth.
She also explained that their little one arrived early at 37 weeks.
“We got a great feed in after birth, which was the most amazing experience, and she opened her eyes when she heard my voice for the first time,” she added.
“For now, she is resting away, needs a little help with her lungs after section, which is absolutely understandable, so we will of course keep going with what’s right for her now,” she noted.

“I’m keeping everything crossed she’ll be back in my arms tomorrow or whenever she’s ready.”
The influencer then thanked everyone for their well-wishes.
“I love you baby girl – we got this.”
Sinéad, who is already mum to a son named Jacob, has been open and honest about her journey to growing her family, and previously spoke about the devastating loss of her baby in the summer of 2025.
