Shane Lynch has revealed that he has moved back home with his partner, Sheena White. At the start of lockdown the Boyzone star shared that he had moved out as they were “at each other’s throats” but has now finally moved home.
The singer who has two children with Sheena, is usually away for prolonged periods of time, and admits being cooped up at home over the last few weeks has lead to constant bickering amongst the family.
Speaking on Paul Danan’s Morning After podcast he said, “We have had difficult times and are going through difficult times right now in this isolation thing.”
At the time Shane shared, “I’m not even in my family home right now because me and her were at each other’s throats. It wasn’t a good time or good space.”
“I’m usually on the road and, for the first time, I’ve spent three months in my house. All of a sudden, I’m at home a lot. You find out things about relationships and it can be very difficult. It can be a struggle.”
He had said previously that; “I’m praying every day me and my wife sort out our things and I get back to my kids.
“I pray the longer me and my wife are apart at this moment, during these difficult times, it builds a strongness so when we get together, life will continue to be amazing in the next 15, 20, 30 years,” he said.
It seems the couple have managed to patch things up as they are now back under the same roof once again. The pair have been married for thirteen years, and have two children together; Marley who is seven and Billie, eleven.
Speaking with the Irish Sun he said; “Nobody wants to get divorced, least of all me. Myself and Sheena are not divorced, we are not separated — we are just going to work on our relationship, because relationships need to be worked on.”
“I am committed to family and my wife. I love her dearly and hopefully we will be together for many years in the future. Life can be a struggle and marriage is not easy.”
“Relationships can be difficult certainly in periods of time like this. I’ve got two beautiful children and a beautiful wife and I’m back home right now”.
