Birthdays in lockdown are not what we’re used to. Unable to meet with friends and family or go out for dinner, we’ve seen many creative ways to celebrate instead!
This weekend Shane Filan celebrated his wife Gillian’s birthday at home in Sligo. Posting on Instagram he said; “Happy Birthday to my darling wife! What a special lady you are.”
The couple celebrated at home with a gorgeous homemade cake followed up with a pint of Guinness. Sharing a snap of a pint with a burger and chips Shane shared; “My 1st Guinness in 8 weeks !.. ”
Only recently the Westlife star joined Gary Barlow for a virtual duet in a bid to entertain fans across Ireland and the UK.
Belting out Richard Marx’s classic hit Right Here Waiting from the comfort of their own homes, the pair certainly put on a show.
Sharing the clip, Shane said, “Hope this makes you all smile. I had fun making this with Gary while on lockdown in my house.”
