Ireland is the place to be if you’re one of the biggest stars on the planet.
We’ve had everyone from Harry Styles to Matt Damon. And now we have a brand new A-List on our shores.
Russell Crowe has landed and has moved into Killiney in Dublin, Matt Damon’s former haunt with his partner, Britney Theriot, per The Independent.
Of course, he’s not just here on holidays!

He is filming his new flick, The Pope’s Exorcist, a portrayal of a real-life figure Father Gabriele Amorth, a priest who acted as the chief exorcist of the Vatican.
He performed more than 100,000 exorcisms in his lifetime. He died at the age of 91 in 2016. The Aussie will portray Father Gabriele in the film.
Russell has been spotted filming in Dublin and Wicklow recently.
He has been spotted filming in Marlay Park House as well as Trinity College in recent days, so he’s a pretty busy man.

Will we see him taking a plunge into the 40 Foot? Or carrying a bag of cans?
Only time will tell, but he did stop to take a picture with a fan while he filmed the flick.
According to The Sunday World, he was spotted having lunch with Ryan Tubridy in the Grapevine restaurant in Dalkey.
Matt Damon isn’t the only celeb who is a fan of Killiney, Bono, Enya and Van Morrison all have homes there. So Russell will be right at home.
We’ll keep our eyes peeled for any Russell spottings!
